We import our flour from Naples, the birthplace of Neapolitan Pizza. Our dough is made from Caputo “00” flour, the flour of Naples, since 1924. The “00” grade designates that it is the finest-milled flour available, and gives our dough its perfect texture.
Following true Neapolitan tradition, our pizza is baked at precisely 905°F in the finest wood fired oven. imported from Naples, our oven was handcrafted by Stefano Ferrara using only traditional techniques and materials.
Benny’s uses only select San Marzano tomatoes. Delegated as the only type of tomato that can be used in True Neapolitan Pizza, the San Marzano is the prized, premium tomato of choice. Mmmm... perfection!
